The Thirteenth Hour Podcast #436: Welcome My Brother, Jeremy, as talk about Robin Hood (2018)

https://archive.org/download/podcast-436/Podcast%20436.mp3

This week, my brother and I are watching the 2018 rendition of Robin Hood, which is like a modern take on the Robin Hood legend.  The biggest reason I wanted to see it was the fact that archer Lars Anderson was a consultant on the film and taught the actors to shoot in his own manner using some variations on historical methods that could have (possibly) been used at the time.  Check out the clip below of their training:

And if you are on the Patreon, check it out for an accompanying video where I discuss some of the shooting styles discussed in the episode demonstrated in real time.

Check out Jeremy‘s work over at Pixel Grotto, CBR.com, and Classic Batman Panels on IG. If you are of the DnD persuasion, his articles on DnD Beyond may be right up your alley, and you can view his entire portfolio here.  Thanks, Jeremy, for coming on the show!

And, as an aside, the hunter action figure (also an archer) from A Shadow in the Moonlight is available on Etsy!
